Payment method
Payment through Multibanco reference, MBWay or credit card is provided by the entity ifthenpay and has the warranty of confidentiality and data encryption. The organization of the event will not keep the payment data only validating the payment. The payment by credit card must be done immediately and the payment using the reference or MBWay must be done as soon as possible after payment data creation.
Cancellation
Substitutions are possible at any time but please send na email to inetmd.aveiro@ua.pt.
If you find it necessary to cancel the registration, please send na email to inetmd.aveiro@ua.pt. Provided written notice is received by 13th Oct, a full refund will be given except a 10 % administration charge. Provided written notice is received after the 13th Oct or for no-shows at the symposium, there will be no refund.
